My personal experience and view only
   These are my observations:
   In workplace, complaining and criticizing are OK but people who contribute good ideas and implement them will most likely get rewarded (through promotion, salary increase, bonus, etc.).
   You can move on or be your own boss if no longer comfortable there.
   If you care about China, do something small or big, say something good or bad (with fact). No racism; No insult.
   If you want to grow with this 新天地论坛, show your TLC (tender, love and care).
   People and yourself can see your attitude.
   (I don't know 我在 personally but I've seen his effort.)
